Yes. Every product we sell is 100% original and sourced from authentic brands, including Baseus, Anker, Ugreen, Nothing & CMF, SoundPEATS and more. We do not sell 'master copy', 'high copy' or replica accessories. Counterfeit chargers and power banks are common in Pakistan's open markets and can damage your device or even be unsafe — we exist to give you a genuine, reliable alternative.

How can I check that a product is authentic?

Many brands such as Anker and Baseus print a security or QR code on the retail box that you can scan to confirm authenticity on the brand's official website (supported in Pakistan). Your order arrives in sealed original packaging with all cables, manuals and accessories. If you are ever unsure, send us photos of the box and product and our team will help you verify it.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay only when your order reaches your doorstep, so you never pay in advance or share card details. A small COD/handling charge may apply and is always shown at checkout before you confirm, so there are no hidden costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery is our primary payment method nationwide. Any additional payment options available to you will appear at checkout before you place your order.

Should I check the parcel at delivery?

Yes, we recommend it. Please make sure the parcel is sealed and undamaged when it arrives. If anything looks wrong, or you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete item, contact us the same day with photos and we will make it right (see Returns below).

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched quickly from Lahore and are usually delivered within a few working days, depending on your city. We also confirm your order by call or WhatsApp before shipping, so you always know it's on the way.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm — and many orders qualify for free delivery. You will always see the final total, including any delivery and COD charges, before placing your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive tracking details, and you can check the status any time on our Track Your Order page. If you can't find an update, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll check it for you.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original condition with packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. Full details are on our Refund & Warranty Policy page.

What if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong item?

Contact us right away (within 7 days) with your order number and clear photos or a short video. If the item is defective, damaged on delivery, wrong or incomplete, we'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping after we verify the issue. This is our fault to fix, not yours.

Do products come with a warranty?

Genuine products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Please keep your invoice and original packaging. If you face an issue within the warranty period, contact us and we'll guide you through the claim.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will try to help. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
